Jeremy L. Shipp

Jeremy L. Shipp maintains a balanced practice in both litigation and transactional representations. As an advocate for individuals, families, and businesses, Mr. Shipp represents clients in family law & child welfare matters, criminal matters, and civil litigation. He also represents individuals and businesses in real estate, business formation, and estate planning matters.

Mr. Shipp’s advocacy skills have been recognized by the Abilene community. In 2016, he was designated as one of Abilene’s “Top 20 Under 40”, a program honoring the area’s brightest leaders of tomorrow as determined by the Abilene Reporter News, USA Today Network. Additionally, Mr. Shipp is the course creator and adjunct professor of Criminal Evidence & Procedure at Abilene Christian University, and has presented continuing legal education seminars for evidence predicates in family law.

Jeremy and his wife have lived in Abilene since 2011, where they are raising two beagles and two sons.
